As a proactive measure, 2 to 4 capsules a day is recommended. If experiencing symptoms, or feeling generally unwell, increase to 6 daily.
The maximum suggested is within the range of 9 to 12 capsules daily when experiencing particularly or uncommonly severe seasonal infections or symptoms for a short period of time.
Taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening is recommended. For maximum recovery, add an additional 2 after a hard workout.
Maximum suggested use is 12 daily for major pain and inflammation related to injuries and daily stressors for a short period of time.
Taking 2 capsules at night with dinner, 1 in the morning with breakfast, and 1 midday with lunch is recommended to achieve normal bowel movements of 2-3 a day.
For those not experiencing 2-3 large bowel movements a day, raise the intake to 2 capsules with each meal daily. Diminish dose as movements become more regular.
